Return & Exchange

We don’t have any exchange policy or return policy in normal circumstances. In the rare case that a faulty or damaged item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their faulty order for a different in stock product.

• Faulty Product complain will be generated within 3 days of delivery after that complain cannot be entertained. For complain, contact us our customer care through social media or email us at scrubsye@gmail.com

• After the conversation with our customer care only few rare cases can be refunded. Our refund process can take 15 days to proceed.

• Opened items will not be returned or exchanged.
